Online orders received by 2pm will be dispatched on the same day.
Orders placed on a Friday and over the weekend will be dispatched on a Monday morning, excluding bank holidays, for delivery on a Tuesday.
Every effort is made on our behalf to full fill your order and ensure next day delivery where possible. From time to time in a small minority of cases deliveries may not arrive next day for reasons beyond our control.
We always raise any delivery issues with our courier partners on your behalf and do our utmost to have any issues resolved as soon as possible.
Any item(s) undelivered by our courier partners must be received back in order for us to issue a refund or resend the item(s). If an item(s) are lost during the delivery process then refunds can only be issued once the case is closed with our delivery partners.

All orders received before 2pm Monday to Thursday will be dispatched same day. Please allow 3 – 5 working days for delivery. Orders placed on Friday and over the weekend will be dispatched on a Monday morning or Tuesday if on a bank holiday.
Please ensure that your delivery address is correct, as we cannot redirect items once dispatched. For security purposes we may need to contact card providers to confirm your details.
During periods of sale some delays can occur or some items may be out of stock. Every effort is made to limit these occurrences.
You can return an item within 14 days of receipt of your order. All returned items must be unworn, unused and in their original packaging. Items must be in a fully resaleable condition with tags intact. Your refund will be credited to the original payment method within 14 days of receipt of your returned goods.
All items will be checked before shipping to ensure they are as described and are free from damage or faults. Your refund will be processed once the returned items have been received and inspected. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if the goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged.
The customer is responsible for paying postage unless the items are faulty or you were sent the incorrect item. Please retain a proof of postage until your refund has been processed and to be absolutely sure the items arrive back to us, you should use a tracking service.
In the interest of health and safety we cannot accepts returns of: Personal grooming products, hats, socks, men’s underwear and swimwear cannot be returned once the packaging has been opened or damaged, unless faulty.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
If you have purchased an item online you can return it via An Post, through a parcel/courier service or in-store to Detail Menswear Carlow.
To return an item in-store you must have your dispatch note and ensure goods are in a resalable condition, unopened with tags and undamaged. Our store assistants will refund your original payment card or offer you an exchange – without original payment card or dispatch note a Detail Menswear gif voucher will be offered to you.
If returning items by post or parcel/courier service please complete the Online Orders and Returns Form. Place the item(s) to be returned along with the Returns Form in the original postal bag which is a reusable returns bag and send to Detail Menswear 7 Potato Market Carlow R93 VX84.
